The Lisbon Capability Center (LCC) opened in 2024 as BCG’s second office in Lisbon, expanding our firm’s presence in Portugal and strengthening our global operations workforce. As a strategic hub, we deliver operational excellence and high-impact support across all areas of the firm, playing an essential role in functions like People & HR, Support Services, Finance or Legal among others.
