Julie Bedard is a leader in people strategy and value creation at Boston Consulting Group. She leads the firm's People Agenda of the Future team, as well as the strategy to deploy AI and drive adoption in client organizations. She is also a research fellow for the Henderson Institute on the transition of work with AI and agents.
Julie works with clients in a variety of industries on people topics at the moment of change. As a leading member of the People & Organization and Tech & Digital Advantage practices at BCG, she has significant expertise in organizational transformation, digital transformation, talent strategies and human resources across industries. She is a frequent speaker on these topics at leading tech and other forums.
Since joining the firm in 2009, Julie has held many people leadership roles in the Boston office, as well as having served as a BCG ambassador. Before joining BCG, she worked at The Bridgespan Group and CRA International, Inc.
